During my stay at Buenos Aires Marriott, I experienced a mix of good and disappointing moments. The location was super convenient and the views from the rooftop pool were stunning, but the service wasn’t always at its best. While my room was comfortable and spacious, there were issues with cleanliness that really stood out. I ultimately had a decent stay, but I hope for improvements if I return.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Buenos Aires Marriott. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, the service was quite inconsistent, with some staff being friendly while others seemed unwelcoming. The breakfast was decent but could use improvement regarding the hot items. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, there were also several inconveniences that affected my stay.

Rooms
7.0
My room was quite modern and clean, although I noticed it needed some basic repairs to really meet the quality I expected from the hotel.
Service

While some staff members were helpful, I encountered moments of rudeness and lack of attention that made my experience feel less than welcoming.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right across from the iconic Teatro Colón, making it easy to explore the city. While the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, my room had several issues like outdated decor and poor mattress quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the dining options didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but needed improvement in certain areas. 🌟🏨

Rooms
5.0
The room was disappointing; some features were dated, and the mattress was uncomfortable. I faced issues with the balcony door and fridge not working properly. Overall, it did not match the hotel's reputation.
Service
7.0
While the staff were generally friendly and accommodating, I did encounter delays with basic requests like additional towels and room service. However, customer service consistently went above and beyond to help.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the heart of the city. It was close to numerous attractions and within easy reach of public transportation, making it convenient for tourists.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but the quality was somewhat lacking. I found the food options for lunch and dinner to be underwhelming, particularly the room service.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was nice, but it would benefit from extended hours. Housekeeping was inconsistent in timing. Additionally, the coffee maker in my room wasn't functional and lacked quality tea options.

5.0/10

My stay at the Buenos Aires Marriott had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, right across from the Teatro Colón and in the center of everything, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The staff provided excellent service, but the rooms were outdated and several amenities were lacking. Overall, it felt like the hotel could benefit from significant renovations to truly reflect its potential.

Rooms
5.0
The first room I was given was quite rough and not clean, with very worn furniture and an ancient bathroom. After water damage required me to switch rooms, the second one was only marginally better. Overall, the rooms are in dire need of updating.
Service
6.0
Despite some issues, the customer service was excellent. The staff, especially the concierges, were polite, accommodating, and quick to assist. However, my checkout experience was notably frustrating due to a billing error, and the front desk staff could be more attentive.
Location
9.0
The location is unbeatable—right near the pedestrian mall, shopping areas, and across the street from the iconic Teatro Colón. It truly is a perfect base for exploring the city and being in the heart of Buenos Aires.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast provided decent options, but it didn’t live up to the expectations of a five-star hotel. While I appreciated the gluten-free section, the overall quality of the food felt more aligned with a three-star hotel.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the pool were nice in theory, but could use longer hours. I also found the lack of quality tea and coffee supplies in the room frustrating, and improving those would enhance the guest experience significantly.
